Hi my name is Annika and I am a 500 hour + RYT Yoga instructor as well as the founder of this wonderful space I have the pleasure of sharing with so many beautiful people.


Starting with classes in the local neighbourhood centre, I was awe inspired by the positive energy of the students that were so passionate about working on their wellness. In what seemed like a flash, we were then able to string the pieces together to create Nin Yoga, their own intimate space that will always be welcoming, affordable and fun.


Growing up in St Marys, I always knew this end of town had more to it than it seems, and it’s been an absolute honour to be able to bring Yoga to Western Sydney.

I first found yoga as a means of support for my anxiety. Meditation and pranayama have since been a regular practice for me. The more yoga i did the better I coped with life and the more I shared yoga the more I saw how it can help everyone.


I made my journey into teaching to give back to something that has given me so much! Yoga is a means to observe yourself as you are here and now so you can better move forward. It is an act of self awareness and self kindness that may result in growth - but the aim of yoga is not to change yourself but rather be aware of your true self.

I enjoy filling my classes with a range of different styles of yoga and focus on moving from a space where we are honouring our bodies and how we feel each day.


I fell in love with teaching Yoga because I believe in a busy, fast paced world where it is easy to get caught up in negative old patterns and living mindlessly; Yoga allows us to slow down and be present within ourselves, to start to move from a place of purpose and intention, allowing us to let go of what is no longer serving us and manifest what we truly want to bring into our lives - both on and off the mat.


So let's roll out our mats, have some fun and grow together.


Krystal-Lee - Zen Ki® Yoga Teacher


I began leaning yoga from videos online and going to a few classes at the local gym & I quickly developed a passion for yoga.

Not long after I began I became bored with my practice and I was desperate challenge myself; that's when I found Zen Ki yoga. I noticed the benefits of practicing this style very soon after beginning and regularly attended classes to improve my strength, flexibility and overall balance in state of mind, body and spirit.

I enjoy sharing this incredible strengthening and healing yoga with other people and I am grateful that I have the chance to to do this every time I teach a class

My goal is to empower people to take control of their lives and inspire them to create a healthy, balanced, joyful life


Krystal Bertrand - Kids Yoga Teacher


When I started practising yoga I was not expecting to fall in love with it so much! I quickly realised that it was so much more than a series of poses. Practising yoga on a regular basis has done wonders for my mind, body and soul, especially on my mental and emotional well being.



That is when I realised I wanted to spread this amazing gift on to children and enrolled into kids yoga teacher training (which I completed in Dec 2017). I want to inspire children to be the best version of themselves, to love themselves unconditionally without needing the approval of anyone else. To have self belief and a powerful clear mind and the emotional stability to back it up! I truly believe yoga can help achieve all of this and more! I am continuing my teacher training and will be completing 200 hour level 1 later this year.

Laura Rizzotski - Yoga and Meditation Teacher



My relationship with Yoga began as a form of grounding during my otherwise hectic travels through South America four years ago. Inspired by the deep respect shown towards ‘Pacha Mama’ (or mother earth) by the local communities, through the practice I began to develop a deeper sense of connectedness with both my inner and outer environments and a desire to share the teachings with others.


I have since trained in Power Flow Yoga (Power Living; 200hrs), the Jivamukti Method with Sharon
Gannon & David Life in NYC (300hrs) and Yin Yoga with Hugh Lee (20hrs). I love the strong sense
of community I have gained through Yoga and truly believe in the power of the practice to create a
more compassionate view of ourselves, others and the world around us. I hope to inspire yogis to
participate in life fully with a deep sense of purpose and playfulness, and gratitude for all the
precious moments life has to offer!



Brianna Law - Yoga Teacher


As a freelance dancer, I initially started practising the physical aspects of yoga, as a way to meet the rigorous demands of dance. My curiosity got the better of me, and with self-inquiry and guidance from a few very beautiful teachers, I tuned into a more holistic, united practise of the mind, body, breath – Yoga.


With a sincere “You can do anything, if you breathe and put your mind to it” attitude, my classes are balanced with an intention to find challenge and relaxation, allowing moments for reflection. I’ve learnt that it’s important to not take yourself so seriously, be playful and smile.


My biggest goal is to share my knowledge and create an open dialogue for holistic and healthy living between oneself, the people who surround us, and the beautiful Earth.

Natasha Usmar - Yoga Teacher



As a professional dancer and circus performer, I first came to yoga as a means of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Often I would alternate going to ballet class with Yoga to both physically and mentally preparing for the evening performances.

Beyond the physical, Yoga soon offered me so so much more. Simply being present on the mat, a safe space to turn the attention inwards and find balance,clarity and self love was empowering for me.

I’m overjoyed to share my love for Yoga and stretching with the Nin Yoga community.



Daniel Nunnari - Qi Gong Teacher


Qi Gong has been an important part of my life for many years. Since beginning the practice I've improved my health and wellbeing significantly; I now have more energy to do the things I love, better sleep and I feel much more relaxed throughout the day.

The deep breathing and dynamic movements create the perfect environment for the mind and body to synergise.

It is the fundamental practice that helps connect and balance everything in life, it has done this for me and I wish to share this with everyone.
