Kundalini Yoga Workshop as taught by Yogi Bhajan
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a dynamic, powerful tool designed to give you an experience of Your Self.
This technology combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures in a precise way to balance and strengthen the body systems to bring balance, healing and upliftment.
You are invited to come and experience some practices for clearing and “letting go” in honouring the change in seasons into the colder months.
You will be introduced to:
Breath work to affect the lungs and navel centre
Mantras to vibrate change
A Kriya for the pituitary gland, the master gland to help affect the glandular and nervous systems
11 minute meditation to re-pattern old habits that are stored deep within the body fibres which may no longer serve you
