4 Week Beginner Yoga Course

Even though our open-level yoga classes are beginner-friendly at Nin Yoga, we also understand the importance of repetition and consistency.

Because of this, we have put together a 4-week beginner yoga course, curated explicitly for those keen to refine their Vinyasa practice, or those who have never done any yoga before.

Each  class will go for 75 mins, introducing subjects and discussing topics such as:

  • Breath Awareness & Meditation
  • Regulating the breath within a Vinyasa Flow
  • Learning Transitions within a Vinyasa Flow without getting flustered
  • Alignment and Safety in some of the foundational Yoga Poses found in a Vinyasa Class, as well as when to add props
  • Introduction to Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (Week 4)

Dates: Saturday the 14th, 21st and 28th of June and 5th of July

Time: 11am - 12:15pm

Where: Nin Yoga Penrith - Shops 1A, 51 York Road, Jamisontown.

Investment: $120 for all four weeks
