Dedicate the afternoon to shifting from 'doing' to a state of 'being'.
Use these monthly workshops to give yourself time to just 'be' without expectation.

This workshop is for everyone and every body.


In this 2.5 hour workshop, not only we will visit the bliss like asanas involved in a restorative class, but we will also spend some time working on the techniques of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation, as well as time for reflection over the past month, using this opportunity to let go of something, as well as set some intentions and positive affirmations for the next month to come.


There will a 30 min journal/reflection time after the asana practice so please bring a journal or notepad and pen. You are most welcome to spend this time revisiting a favourite pose from the practice or sipping tea instead.

Our monthly St Marys Restorative Yoga Workshops are all hosted by certified restorative Yoga Teacher Naomi Cody.
