In this 75 minute workshop you will experience a deep meditative state of Yoga Nidra followed by a sound bath.

Yoga Nidra is the systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a simple practise, and is performed in shavasana (laying down flat on the spine). You will be guided by listening to the instructions and rotation of consciousness through the different parts of the body. This is not a practise of concentration, and it does not involve and physical movement. During the practise you will only be required to remain aware, listen to the voice and listen to according instructions.

This will be followed by a sound bath using various instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowl, tingsha bells, rainmaker, drum and bell, and voice. Sound has the capacity to heal body, kind, spirit. When words, don't make sense, sound makes sense. When you feel off centre, confused, out of alignment, sound makes sense.
