Combined with an ancient modality that targets the energy channels and meridians, acupuncture helps to balance and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

You are invited to an afternoon of yin yoga practice followed by an acupuncture treatment session.

About us

Yin yoga practice will be led by Bee, a passionate yoga teacher and student. Bee is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, and she certified in and is passionate about vinyasa and yinyoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), alignment and assists, yoga therapeutics, and myofascial release.

Kathleen Murphy will perform the acupuncture portion of the workshop. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and a Master of Applied Science in Acupuncture. She’s been in practice since 2009 and has worked within large integrative medicine clinics that have provided a wide range of clinical experiences, and fuelled her passion for providing effective collaborative care. Kathleen also works as an educator and teaches in the naturopathy, nutrition and herbal medicine programs at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Endeavour College of Natural Health.
