Winter Warmer: Yin Yoga & Acupuncture Workshop
Nourish yourself with a gentle yoga practice that helps with accessing the deeper connective tissues, increases mobility and circulation, and regulates energy flow throughout the body.
Combined with an ancient modality that targets the energy channels and meridians, Japanese acupuncture uses refined and gentle techniques with thinner acupuncture needles to help balance
and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
You are invited to an afternoon of yin yoga practice followed by an acupuncture treatment session.

Yin yoga practice will be led by Bea, a passionate yoga teacher and student. Bea is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, and she is certified in and is passionate about hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), alignment and assists, yoga therapeutics, and myofascial release.
Audrey Cortez will perform the acupuncture portion of the workshop. Audrey is a fully registered practitioner in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She received specialised training from internationally renowned masters in China and Japan, and has a personal interest in paediatrics, musculoskeletal issues and general wellness. Audrey provides a highly professional and personalised approach to your health, and takes the time to get to know your specific situation to ensure the best outcomes. In her spare time, she keeps fit and healthy doing activities such as walking and stretching. Audrey also volunteers as a technical official in athletics, and has been involved at international events such as the Commonwealth Games youth and elite levels.
