Our dearest Rebecca has offered to donate her time every single Thursday afternoon for a free community class for anyone who need the space and time to just show up as they are.

No experience is necessary, and we have everything we need to the studio for you to get started.

A heart-opening, grounding space for LGBTQIA+ folks and allies to come together, slow down, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. Everyone under the rainbow (so anyone at all) are welcome!

You’ll be guided through gentle reflection, soulful sharing, and a deep meditation — all held in a safe and inclusive circle where you’re free to just be.

Come to release what no longer fits, to be witnessed, and to remember the beauty of who you truly are.
