  • Art Exhibition - threads of being

    Sunday 19th April 2026

    2pm - 8pm

    Nin Yoga Penrith

Investment: $27 Early Bird, $37 After.

Threads of Being is an intimate, community-led art exhibition held inside the Nin Yoga Penrith studio.

Expect an immersive, relaxed gallery experience — art woven through a living, breathing space rather than hung in a traditional white box. The exhibition showcases local creatives across disciplines: visual art, textiles, poetry, movement, sound, and mixed media, all responding to the shared theme of connection, identity, and what it means to be human.

This is a space to wander slowly, sit with the work, have conversations with artists, drink tea, and experience creativity as something lived and felt, not rushed or commodified. Some works will be available for purchase, with artists supported directly.

Threads of Being is about process over polish, presence over performance, and celebrating the creative threads that bind us together.

  • Silent Satsang

    Sundays | 9:00am – 12:00pm

Once a month we open the studio for a few hours of shared silence.

A satsang traditionally means gathering in the presence of truth. In this case, the only structure is the silence itself. What you do within it is completely up to you.

You might read, journal, meditate, stretch, do a slow personal yoga practice, work on teacher-training homework, draw, pray, or simply lie down and rest. Some people will move. Some will sit. Some will nap. All of it is welcome.

The only request is that we keep the space in silence so everyone can drop into their own experience.

A staff member will be on site to keep the tea hot and hold the space, but there will be no facilitation or guidance. You’re free to arrive and leave quietly at any time within the window.

    What to bring:
    • Anything you’d like to read or work on
    • Journal, art supplies, or study materials
    • Yoga mat if you plan to move or rest
    • Layers for comfort

    Investment:
    Included for Nin Yoga members
    $10 casual drop-in

Bookings are still required via our schedule:
    www.ninyoga.com.au/penrith

Come sit in silence together. Sometimes that’s the most powerful practice there is.
