30 days of unlimited classes

Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial Classes at our St Marys or Penrith Studios.

As well as a 30-minute 1 on 1 session to help you figure out if it's right for you.

how can we help you?

We get it. Life can be A LOT. We are juggling all the plates and then some. When and even how do we make the time for our own self care?

Well, first and foremost we need to push it up our priority list and make it a habit, and how can we do that?

BY STARTING!

Leaving the house to start a new form of exercise is by far the hardest part of this journey. Once you walk through our doors however, we promise to do the rest.

What results can you expect?

If you can manage to fit in at least 2/3 classes a week during your 30 day trial with us (the more the better, but its a great place to start), you may start to notice:

  • Improved mood: Regular exercise and yoga can stimulate the release of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that promote happiness and reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Increased energy levels: Engaging in physical activity can boost your overall energy levels and reduce feelings of fatigue (so less brain fuzz!)

  • Better sleep: Exercise and yoga can help regulate your sleep patterns, leading to more restful and refreshing sleep.

  • Enhanced flexibility and balance: Yoga, in particular, can improve your flexibility and balance over time, reducing the risk of injuries and improving posture. This also means less sore back, hips, shoulders neck, just all the things we can get doing repetitive tasks at work.

  • Strengthened muscles and bones: With regular exercise, you'll notice increased muscle strength and even improvements in your own bone density.

  • Weight management: If combined with a balanced diet, regular exercise can contribute to weight loss or weight maintenance, leading to better overall health so we can be here longer in this wonderful thing called life.

  • Improved cardiovascular health: Exercise can strengthen your heart and improve blood circulation, reducing the risk of heart-related diseases. Bring on those stairs!

  • Lower blood pressure: Regular physical activity can lead to a reduction in blood pressure, promoting better heart health.

  • Enhanced focus and brain function: science has linked Exercise to improved cognitive abilities and increased focus and concentration. Something alot of us need in these days of information overload.

  • Stress reduction: Both exercise and yoga can help alleviate stress and promote a sense of relaxation.

  • Boosted immune system: Regular physical activity can enhance the immune system, making your body more resilient to infections and illnesses.

  • Finding community: A personal favourite is of course the fact that going to a class, in a studio, with other adults, creates somethings very special indeed. This is connection via new friendships, as well as a safe space withing our walls, to just be as you are, with nothing to do and no where to be (and no one needing anything from you, at least for 60 mins!)

What's included in the 30 day trial?

Our trial includes 30 days of UNLIMITED classes at our St Marys and Penrith Studios in Yoga, Pilates and Aerial Classes, as well as a 30-minute PRIVATE 1 on 1 class in either Yoga or Pilates.

Learn more about our classes

Some are physically more demanding, others more a mental challenge.

  • A woman practicing yoga in a studio with a white wall decorated with blue floral and leaf patterns. She is wearing a white t-shirt and red wide-leg pants, performing a pose on a black yoga mat.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Available at Both Studios

Vinyasa is a yoga practice which uses the breath to link movements into a continuous and mindful movement flow.

Vinyasa derives from nyasa, meaning β€œto place,” and vi, meaning β€œin a special way.”

These classes are, therefore, carefully and creatively sequenced to include a balanced series of postures that build strength, flexibility, and concentration, both physically and mentally, to cultivate a sense of deep inner calm.

This class is beginner-friendly, with lots of modifications available.

  • A woman practicing yoga or meditation kneeling on a black mat in a room with a wall decorated with blue floral and botanical designs.

    Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

    St Marys Studio

Our Gentle Vinyasa classes are for everybody. Vinyasa uses the breath to link movements but this practice allows some time within the poses also.

These classes are therefore carefully sequenced to keep the class interesting yet achievable while still building strength, flexibility, and concentration, in mind and body all while cultivating a sense of deep inner calm.

This class is beginner-friendly, with lots of props modifications available.

  • A woman practicing yoga in a pose on a mat with a purple bolster in a room with a blue and white floral mural.

    Yin Yoga

    Avalible at Both Studios

Yin Yoga is a style that moves at a slow and steady pace to develop conscious awareness.

It focuses on poses that target the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are then held for longer periods of time to help encourage the muscles to lengthen and open.

Yin Yoga is perfect for students wanting to bring a more meditative and introspective aspect to their yoga practise, and is great for all levels, with lots of modifications available.

  • A woman practicing yoga in a studio with a blue leaf and circle mural on the wall.

    Yin Yang Yoga

    Available at Both Studios

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses (Yin) with more dynamic sequences and standing postures (Yang).

This class is appropriate for all levels, but prepare to break a sweat at some point and then rewarded with some restorative and nourishing postures to finish finish it of.

The best of both worlds, this class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

  • A woman practicing Pilates on a reformer machine inside a room with colorful floral wall art.

    Reformer Pilates

    Penrith Studio

Many exercises on a reformer machine are simply mat Pilates exercises that use the machine and its springs to either make the exercise more challenging or more supportive.

This is the beauty of the reformer β€“ it can help intensify exercises (by increasing resistance), but it can also ease exercises (by providing support through resistance).

Reformer machines offer so many options, and alternatives to exercises that a mat simply wouldn’t allow.

At Nin Yoga, our Reformer Pilates classes are yoga-informed. This means that all of our pilates teachers are, first and foremost, yoga teachers.

  • A woman practicing yoga on a mat in a studio with a blue floral mural on the wall.

    Pilates Mat

    St Marys Studio

Focusing on form and breath, Pilates classes are designed to support alignment, mobility and stability.

Often using props like balls, bands, rings and weights, these classes will help you to lengthen and strengthen your entire body, with a focus on the layers of your core muscles, as well as the pelvic floor.

You will leave class standing taller with more awareness of your posture.

  • Two women practicing aerial yoga using blue silk hammocks in a room with blue floral wall art and wooden floors.

    Aerial Yoga

    St Marys Studio

In an Aerial Yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows.

Aerial Yoga is as diverse as yoga on the earth, with the opportunity to explore styles such as Restorative, Yin, Deep Stretching, Vinyasa & Power.

As there is much less pressure on the joints, you may find you are able to visit certain asanas you wouldn’t usually in a regular yoga class, and did we say that the Savasana in the end is done in a cocoon in the sling, with the option for a gentle swing by the teacher? What a dreammmmmmm.

  • A woman smiling while hanging from a green aerial hoop indoors, with colorful mural and geometric wall art in the background.

    Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

    St Marys Studio

Lyra is a circular steel apparatus that sort of resembles a hula hoop, suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists traditionally perform aerial acrobatics. It can be used static, spinning, or swinging.

Lyra Beginners - Our Beginners Class, perfect for those who have never been on Lyra before, or a working on refining their skills to stay safe and strong in the hoop.

Lyra Intermediate - Pre-requisite includes at least 8 weeks of Lyra experience, as well as being able to come in and out of a higher rigged Lyra on their own, a Pullover into the Lyra at full height, and one full chin up.
