Who Is This Training NOT For?
Let’s keep it real—it might not be for you if:
- Have never even done reformer Pilates as a student.
Our teachers will assume you have been on this reformer bed at least 20 times in your life at some point. If this is not the case, get into class at your local studio (or you can do a 30 day trial with us!) - You're looking for a quick or passive online certification.
This is an immersive, hands-on training with live in-person components and real-time support. - You're not open to feedback or community learning.
We’re here to grow, reflect, and evolve—not just tick boxes. - You must be ready to commit to regular practice and show up for your growth. This is not just about learning, but about applying what you learn in your own practice and in your teaching.
We're not about perfection—but we are about presence, effort, and curiosity.
This training is for people ready to move purposefully, teach confidently (if you want to teach that is!), and be part of something beyond exercise. We’d love to welcome you in if that sounds like your vibe. And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too. 💛
