Our yoga classes are all capped at only 16 students, and our movement classes are capped at 8 - 12 students . This ensures that the students gets the most out of the class. It also means that it is crucial that you book in advance to make sure you get a spot. Unfortunately if you arrive to class with out a booking and the class is full we will not be able to fit you into the class.
All of our classes are capped at a certain number of students. This means that sometimes our classes are booked out. If you still tried to book into this class, you would have been added to a waitlist, which means you are in line to take the next available spot in case someone already booked in can not attended. You will be notified if you got into the class by email.
If you used a class pass to be added to the waitlist, you will not loose you pass if you did not make it in.
