Timetable Prices Beginner Course Teacher Training Online 30 DAYS for $69 Online Platform

and some chubby cheeks

Hayyyyyyy,

It's been a week now since we merged our studios and schedules together, and things are looking promising. It's like the beams were meant to be in there this whole time

We have simplified our pricing to $33 a week for x2 yoga classes a week or $44 to have unlimited access to all of our classes, which now means a lot of our members now have the opportunity to try our specialty classes when they couldn't before.

So let's take this opportunity to explain them a little bit further to you!

Here is a list of our weekly offerings:

Yoga

This is our bread and butter. Where we started and where we plan to always return back to the teachings of. We offer Vinyasa (flow), Yin (Passive), and Yin Yang (flow and passive in one). Most of our classes are Yoga, and all of our classes are beginner friendly.

Pilates

Our Pilates classes are 45 minutes and focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles (mainly the core, but others definitely get involved too). It's low impact, and really good for the pelvic floor (fun fact, 1 out of 2 women have pelvic floor issues).

Barre

Traditionally, barre relates back to ballet, but these days, if attending a barre class at our studio, it's kindddd of like Pilates, but standing, and to an awesome soundtrack, possibly with some dance moves.

It's 45 mins too, but trust me, that's all you need. Prepare for cardio.

Aerial Yoga

Our 55 min classes start off with a warm-up and a flow, just like a normal yoga class, except we use the sling for support. You may find yourself workshopping certain "tricks" in class, as well as going upside down more often than you can count. It's a great way to get an inversion without the pressure on the joints.
It's also an even better way to decompress that spine of yours.

Lyra

Also known as Aerial Hoop, it's a steel metal bar suspended in the air, that you pretty much hang off or do a fancy sit on.
Oh, and if you are thinking "Would it hurt sitting on a thin metal bar up in the sir?" then the answer is... yes...
People either love or hate this one, and that's totally ok! Class usually involves a lot of trying again and again and again with upper-body strength and whole-body flexibility.
