Our Penrith Studio has a flat rate of $66 per hour for a minimum of two hours, with 30 minutes bump in and bump out included at no extra cost.
WE GOT YOU!
Since its conception, our Penrith Studio has been a community space that aligned businesses can hire at an hourly rate.
We adore supporting the community in this way. We have a fully stocked yoga studio with all the props, and we structure this as an hourly rate so that you get to keep all the profit yourself (but you also have to manage all the bookings and payments for your community too!).
Once we have locked in your date and your invoice has been paid, we will induct you and show you around, and then the place will be all yours.

Capacity: 25 laying down
Props: 25 bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, blocks and straps.
Furniture: A sofa and armchair, 10 floor cushions, and a large whiteboard are available on request at no extra charge.
Amenities: Three toilets, a shower, a balcony and a full kitchen.
Located: Upstairs (no lift available).
Address: Shop 1a, 51 York Road, Jamisontown.
Parking: Free parking along York Road and across the road at the park, with three staff parking spaces directly underneath.
Perks: Light-filled studio, huge outdoor balcony and the usual favourite for workshops and events.
Considerations: This studio is upstairs, with a shared space for other tenants in private offices within the same building.
investment
To use our studio, the investment is $66 per hour for a minimum of two hours for a one-off session, or $55 per hour for a minimum of one hour for weekly sessions of up to 8 weeks or more (invoiced weekly).
We also include 30 minutes of bump-in and bump-out at no extra cost for your session. For example, if you book 6 pm to 8 pm, you can access the building from 5:30 pm and leave anytime on or before 8:30 pm.

Booking Conditions
Minimum Hire:
Standard: 2-hour minimum per booking (includes 30 minutes bump-in + bump-out at no charge).
Long-Term (8 weeks or more): 1-hour minimum per booking (includes 15 minutes bump-in + bump-out at no charge).
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full.
Cancellation & Credits
No Refunds: Nin Yoga does not issue refunds for studio hire.
Credits:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date will receive a credit for a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking date will forfeit the full payment.
Cancellations by Nin Yoga: In the rare case that Nin Yoga must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. emergencies, building issues, government restrictions, or other unavoidable events), a full refund will be issued to the hirer within seven business days. Nin Yoga is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the hirer (e.g. lost ticket sales, advertising, etc.).
Insurance & Liability
All hirers must hold current Public Liability Insurance and provide a certificate of currency by emailing it to info@ninyoga.com.au prior to their booking.
Hirers are solely responsible for collecting waivers and managing liabilities for their own students, clients, or participants. Nin Yoga accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage incurred during private hire.
Studio Use & Responsibilities
Hirers must leave the studio clean, tidy, and in its original condition. Cleaning fees may apply if additional work is required by staff.
The studio will hold any items left behind for up to 30 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.
Hirers are welcome to bring their own equipment, but must remove it after each session unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Safety & Conduct
Candles, incense, and similar items may be used, but only in small amounts. Many of our community members have scent sensitivities, so please use these mindfully and sparingly. All candles/incense must be attended to at all times, safely contained, and leave no marks, residue, or smoke damage. Any damage or additional cleaning required will be charged to the hirer.
Music and sound levels must respect neighbouring businesses and other tenants at all times.
Hirers and their participants must respect the studio space, neighbours, and shared facilities.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Any damage to the studio, equipment, or furnishings will be charged to the hirer.
Hirers must not exceed the studio’s safe capacity and must comply with all fire safety and emergency procedures.
Marketing & Promotion
Hirers are welcome to supply posters or flyers for display at Nin Yoga studios. Posters must be no larger than A3 size and will be placed by Nin Yoga staff in approved locations.
We are happy to accept Instagram collaboration posts, provided the content aligns with our community values (as determined by Nin Yoga).
Nin Yoga is not responsible for marketing studio hire events. It is the sole responsibility of the hirer to promote, take bookings, and manage their event.
Additional Notes
Nin Yoga reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
