Once your deposit is received, our team will be in touch to confirm your accommodation preference and set up the remaining balance. You’ll have two options for completing payment:
Payment Plan: We can arrange equal instalments through your Mindbody account or via invoice. All instalments must be completed by 1 May 2026.
Pay in Full: If you’d prefer, you can settle the remaining balance in one payment at any time before 1 May 2026.
Payment Terms
Deposit: $400 per person, non-refundable under any circumstances.
Balance: Remainder is due no later than 1 May 2026.
Cancellations:
If you cancel before 1 April 2026, any payments made (minus the $400 deposit) are refundable.
After 1 April 2026, no refunds are available, as retreat costs are fully committed.
Transfers: Bookings are transferable — if you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another person, who must agree to these same terms.
Missed Payments: If a payment plan instalment is missed and not corrected within 14 days, your booking may be forfeited and payments made will not be refunded.
Payment Methods: Balance can be paid via your Mindbody account or invoice (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
