Placing an expression deposit:

Helps us determine how many rooms to secure at the retreat centre
Gives you priority access before the retreat opens to the public

If the retreat proceeds, those who place an expression deposit will receive:
First access to official retreat bookings
First choice of room categories (subject to availability)
Access to a private early commitment rate before public release
Your $400 credited toward your total retreat cost once you complete your booking
This expression deposit is fully refundable under the conditions below:
If the retreat does not go ahead, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If the retreat does go ahead, and you decide not to proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded provided you notify us before official retreat bookings open and room selection begins.

The venue deposit has been paid
Rooms have been secured
Participants are invited to select their room type and payment option
Once official retreat bookings open and you choose to proceed, your expression deposit becomes part of your booking and standard retreat payment terms apply.
This deposit does not guarantee a specific room — room allocation occurs when official bookings open.
