Well, we’ve got a stronger Asana practice for you.
Today we’re sharing a 90-minute Jivamukti Yoga class with Katie Rose, recorded recently after her workshop with us last Saturday. Katie Rose is one of our teacher trainers, and this class is an epic example of her depth, precision, and fire.
What to expect:
Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic, vinyasa-based practice that weaves together asana, pranayama, chanting, music, philosophy, and meditation. It’s intentional, intelligent, and grounded in tradition, while still being very real and embodied.
This class includes:
Opening chanting
Pranayama to steady and focus the mind
Strong, flowing sequences
Optional wheel, shoulder stand, and headstand variations
Full transparency: I did this class myself... and it was sweaty. Energising and incredibly satisfying, but still challenging... Options are always there, so you can meet them exactly where you’re at.
If you’re craving movement, rhythm, and a bit of heat today, this one delivers.
