Our Penrith private room is available for hire for 1:1 or 2:1 sessions - yoga, mat Pilates, physio, massage, or whatever you offer. It’s simple and set up so you can walk in and get straight to work.
Not everyone has access to a space that feels professional, calm, and ready to go. This gives you that. No setting up a studio in your living room. No distractions. Just a clean, light-filled room you can use as your own.
This is for private client work, not group classes or workshops. You’ll have the room to yourself during your booking.
Once your request is approved and payment is made, your time is locked in. Come in, do your thing, leave it as you found it.

The Private Room
A self-contained space designed for 1:1 & 2:1 work.
This is a private-use room. When you book it, it’s yours for the duration of your session. Ideal for yoga, mat Pilates, physio, massage, or similar client work.
Equipment Available
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and small props. Bluetooth speaker available. Cleaning supplies are provided. Please reset the space as you found it.
Amenities
Three toilets, one shower, balcony access, and a full kitchen.

Upstairs (no lift available).

Parking
Free street parking along York Road and across from the park. Limited staff parking underneath the building.
The Environment
The room sits within our shared studio space but is separate from the main floor.
At times, classes may be running in neighbouring rooms within the studio. The building is also located above a gym and close to a busy road, so noise levels can vary throughout the day.
We will always try our best to line bookings up during quieter periods where possible, however we cannot guarantee silence or control noise outside of the room or building.
Doors can be closed for additional privacy and sound separation.
This is a professional shared environment. We ask all practitioners to be mindful and respectful of others working nearby.
Investment
Private Room Hire is $20 per hour when you book 4 or more consecutive weeks in advance.
One-off bookings are $25 per hour.
A 15-minute bump-in and bump-out is included between each booking, so you’re not cutting into your own session time.
This space is for 1:1 or 2:1 client work only.
Bookings are flexible but subject to availability. Lock in a regular slot if you want consistency.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
An invoice will be issued via Xero once your request is approved. Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

This time is shared, meaning someone may be finishing up or setting up for their session during this window. Please be respectful of that transition.

Capacity

Cancellation Policy
No refunds.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date will receive a credit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before will forfeit the full payment.Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
Your booking is fixed.
Arriving late does not extend your session.
You must finish at the scheduled time.Use of Space
You are booking private use of the room for your session only.
Professional, respectful conduct is expected at all times.
Clients & Responsibility
You are responsible for your client’s experience, safety, and any required waivers.
Nin Yoga does not provide supervision or instruction.
Insurance
You are responsible for holding appropriate insurance for your work and clients.
Proof of insurance may be requested.
Care of Space
Return all props to their original place
Wipe down surfaces if used
Leave the room clean and ready for the next personAny damage to equipment or furnishings will be charged accordingly.
Conduct
Keep noise at a respectful level.
This is a professional environment shared with other practitioners in the studio.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.
Nin Yoga reserves the right to refuse or cancel future bookings if these terms are not followed.
