Ashiyana Retreat Centre offers two freshly prepared vegetarian buffet meals each day, featuring a diverse mix of nourishing, flavourful dishes inspired by Indian and international cuisines. Meals are served in their open-air restaurant overlooking lush tropical gardens and are designed to leave you feeling energised yet light.

Expect colourful spreads filled with seasonal vegetables, vibrant curries, fresh salads, wholesome grains, and local tropical fruit. Both gluten-free and dairy-free options are available daily, with herbal teas, filtered water, chai, and lemon-ginger tea offered throughout the day.

Breakfast is served between 9:00 am – 11:00 am, and dinner between 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, with plenty of time to enjoy slow mornings and long, connected evenings around the table.

  • Flights: Flights are not included, but once bookings open, the Nin Yoga community will coordinate flight options so you can travel together or share transfers if you wish.

  • Meals: Two daily buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) are included, along with filtered water, chai, and herbal teas throughout the day.

Pay in Full

  • Full balance is due at the time of booking.

  • Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Payment Plan

  • A flexible weekly payment plan is available, automatically charged to your nominated card until the balance is paid off.

  • If a payment fails, the system will retry; dishonour fees may apply.

General Terms

Transfers

  • If you can no longer attend, your booking can be transferred to another person (they must agree to the same terms and pricing).

Cancellations

  • If you cancel before 1 April 2026, all payments made (minus a $400 admin fee) can be refunded.

  • After 1 April 2026, all payments are non-refundable, as retreat costs are fully committed at this stage.

Missed Payments

  • If an instalment is missed, we’ll contact you directly.

  • If payments aren’t up to date within 14 days, your place may be forfeited and payments made to date will be non-refundable.

  • Yes — absolutely.

    We offer a 45-week payment plan to make the retreat more accessible. After paying your deposit, the remaining balance is automatically charged to your nominated card each week until the retreat is fully paid off.

    • Eco Lodge Shared: $68 per week for 45 weeks

    • Eco Lodge Single: $90 per week for 45 weeks

    • Palm Grove Shared: $74 per week for 45 weeks

    • Palm Grove Single: $99 per week for 45 weeks

    All payment plans include a small 5% service fee to cover processing costs, and all payments finish before the retreat begins — no stress, no lump sums, just simple weekly instalments.

  • We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation policy works:

    • Before 1 November 2026: You can cancel your booking and receive a refund for all payments made, minus a $400 administration fee.
