Ok. We’re soooooo keen to share our full weekly schedule across both of our studios, as we have not shared in here a solid moment, and we have added a whole bunch more (and will keep adding as we grow too).

 

Whether you’re looking for a creative flow, a deep and kind yin stretch, playful upside down aerial time, or a strong and aligned Reformer session — we’ve got a space for you boo!

Class Styles Explained

  • Vinyasa Yoga – Flowing movement linked with breath, building strength and flexibility.

  • Gentle Vinyasa Yoga – A softer, slower version of vinyasa. Perfect if you’re new or craving a mindful a slower flow.

  • Yin Yoga – Floor-based, longer holds that target fascia, joints and nervous system. Deeply restorative. Lots and lots of props!

  • Yin Yang Yoga – Active yang movement followed by still, cooling yin postures. Vinyasa and Yin Yoga together.

  • Beginner Yoga – Foundational poses, alignment, and breath awareness for brand-new yogis.

  • Beginner Reformer Pilates – Intro to the Reformer machine with safe, foundational Pilates exercises.

  • Reformer Pilates – Strength and length through low-impact, resistance-based full-body workouts using a fancy Pilates bed.

  • Mat Pilates – Core stability, posture, and functional strength using bodyweight (plus props).

  • Aerial Yoga – Postures supported by a hammock to decompress the spine and play!

  • Lyra – Circus-inspired aerial hoop for strength, grace, and confidence. Prepare for chin-ups and abs.
