The link is always the same, but you will need to book your spot in advance so the teacher knows to expect you and mark off your attendance.

Never been on Zoom?
All good sweet pea! Zoom is the easiest Livestream service to use, because you literally (99% of the time) don't need to do anything except click the link.
Make sure you have space to lay down your yoga mat, some room all around you (if possible), and some props if you like using them (sofa cushions can make excellent bolsters, and hardcover books often work as yoga blocks).
