immerse in yoga
A nourishing weekend to deepen your yoga practice beyond the poses while connecting with the community.
Explore meditation, pranayama, philosophy, alignment, Yin Yoga, and restorative practices in a welcoming and supportive environment. No teaching ambitions required, just curiosity and a desire to connect.
What is a Weekend Yoga Immersion?
A Yoga Immersion is a two-day experience designed for humans wanting to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the 60-minute classes, in a welcoming, supportive, fun, and down-to-earth environment.
Over the weekend, we will explore meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, alignment-based movement, Yin Yoga, and restorative practices, and share food, stories, and just high vibes all around.
This is not a teacher training, and you do not need to want to become a yoga teacher to join. Think of it as teacher-training depth without the homework ;)
Whether you are looking to connect with yourself, deepen your practice, regulate your own nervous system, or simply spend a weekend immersed in yoga in our wonderful community, this space is made for you.

Meet Your Facilitator
“Hey, hey. I’m Annika, and I am the founder of Nin Yoga and Kaya Academy. I assume that if you are reading this, we probably already know each other. But if not, hey there!
For over 10 years now, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in deepening their yoga practice through classes, retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings. While I absolutely love movement, what I am most passionate about is helping people experience yoga beyond the asana (that means poses, btw).
For me, yoga is not about perfect flexibility or fancy shapes. It is about learning to understand yourself more deeply through movement, breath, stillness, philosophy, nervous system regulation, meditation, rest, and my personal favourite, community.
My teaching style is warm, practical and generally pretty simple. I love meaningful conversations, making yoga feel accessible and creating spaces that feel welcoming, supportive and fun (cause whats life without laughs, right?!)
Whether you are completely new to yoga or philosophy, or have been practising for many moons, this weekend is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Let’s hang out!”
