21 new teachers into the world
Last week was a really special one around here!
We officially graduated both our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training students AND our 200 Hour Reformer Pilates Teacher Training students.
Honestly… SUCH a huge effort!!!!!
6 months of showing up. Long Days. Zoom calls. Travels to the Penrith studio. Practice teaching. Anatomy. Philosophy. Laughter. Questioning yourself. Finding confidence again. Learning how to hold space. Learning how to trust yourself.
It was such an honour to walk alongside both groups through this chapter of their lives.
Something I never take lightly is that people trust us with such a vulnerable season of growth. You all came in as yourselves and somehow leave a little more yourselves, if that oeven makes sense?
Watching confidence grow in real time is one of our favourite things in the whole world.
So to all our graduates, we are ridiculously proud of you.
Whether you go on to teach classes, deepen your own practice, change careers, or simply carry what you learned into your everyday life, thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
