what about zero expectations?

"In the beginner's mind, there are many possibilities; in the expert's, there are few."

– Shunryu Suzuki.

Its getting warmerrrrrrrrrrrrr!

And if that sun inspires you to try something new — whether it’s stepping onto a yoga mat REGULARY for the first time, after reading our newsletter for a solid little while now (I see you!), or finally seeing what Reformer Pilates is all about and why 18 studios are offering it in the Penrith region alone — this is your gentle nudge.

A beginner’s mind is about approaching life with curiosity and zero expectations (reminds me of another fav quote atm that I keep mentioning to my friends on that wild ride known as dating "expectation is the quickest path to disappointment!"

It’s that fresh, almost child-like feeling when everything is new and interesting. Even if you’ve been practicing yoga or Pilates for years, there’s magic in returning to this state — in letting go of “I know” and embracing “I’m willing to see.”

And this month, we’ve got the perfect way for you to practice beginner’s mind…

Help Shape Our Spring Schedule

We’re also considering adding some early morning classes for Spring (think sunrise sweat or being as limber as a leopard to start to your day).

We’d love your input on what time and style would work best for you.

We say it a lot but we will say it again, we are COMMUNITY DRIVEN.

This studio, the teachers, these classes, and those Oreos many of you use as a dinner substitute with how much you actually eat after class with your tea (not complaining btw, I think its hilarious and adorable at the same time!), are for you!

Thankyou for giving us this opportunity to keep serving. If you are a member of ours, just hang out for our on the house offerings, or just read our newsletter when you catch in in the thousands of others marked as unread, we appreciate you.
